Important difference between two types of vitamin groups

Did you know that there are two different types of vitamins? There are fat-soluble vitamins and also water-soluble vitamins

Fat soluble vitamins are vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, and vitamin K which have very important characteristics in common. These are that they all dissolve in fact as well as being stored in your fatty tissues. They all have their unique characteristics of course such as vitamin A is well known for night vision and vitamin D is essential for your bones especially when paired with calcium which is why it’s important to know vitamin D sources. It’s very important to mention that because they’re stored in your fat it’s one of the reasons why you may not want to take too many of these vitamins especially in supplement form. It’s almost impossible if he only eat properly to actually consume enough vitamins to make it a problem. One exception to this is vitamin A which can be found in very large quantities in liver and especially toxic form. You can stop consuming liver because it’s well known to be very good for your health in general but just keep in mind that you don’t really want to eat liver all day and night like a team of scientists did at the beginning of the 20th century in the South Pole and eventually made them sick from consuming too much liver from sea mammals.

The other vitamin group is water-soluble vitamins with the most well-known one being vitamin C due to the popularity of vitamin C benefits. Water-soluble vitamins are even less of a threat, not to imply that fat soluble vitamins can be very dangerous, because any excess is not even stored in your body. It is simply washed away in your urine everyday if it’s not needed.
So while excess vitamin A., vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K will remain stored in your body the other vitamins will simply be thrown away naturally.
