Now that it is getting close to winter we are getting less worried about how we look and if we are in shape. Let me tell you right now, this is the time to decide not to put on the fifteen pounds in the winter that most people will seem to do. You should continue your workouts if your on one and if not than start one anyway because the more you workout the better you will look and feel! you should also be concerned about what types of foods you are consuming, even eating out at good restaurants isn’t always good for you. Eating at home is the best nutritional choice you can make. That way you know exactly what ingredients was put in your food. Stick to foods that are baked and grilled and stay away from foods that are fried and battered. Whole grain foods are another great way to go when trying to lose weight.
Now if you are going to stay in shape for the winter months and come out looking good next summer than you need to do upper body exercises either on some sort of fitness equipment or free weights and you also need cadio which is best taken care of by running. If you don’t like running then consider biking and the swimming. Either way there are a bunch of different choices for you to make. For a upper body workout you should consider getting a chin up bar or something else like a bench press, you could even get some dumbbell weights which would help tremendously with your biceps. If you can stick to a weel maintained diet plan and workout schedule then you are on your way to looking like one of the bests for next summer. Don’t let the winter get you down, if it helps walk around your house in your swimsuit!
