Over the past decade, more and more people have been having cosmetic treatments done to their body and one of the most popular is liposuction treatment. But with the huge costs that it brings, sadly many people who would love for their excess fat to be gone cannot afford it but yet do not look for free liposuction alternatives. People do have a few options to try so they can finally achieve that elusive goal of feeling fully slim once again.
The idea that is shared by many to successfully have free liposuction style treatment is to simply perform the infamous vacuum pose every day (which is also popular exercise if one wants to have a free tummy tuck done). Do not be bamboozled by this complex phrase; all it really describes is the sucking in of the stomach repeatedly. However for this process to work with the most effective response, not only the upper stomach needs to be sucked in but the area where the belly button is situated also needs to be moved (else the fat will not be evenly distributed around the body and the excess fat will be still found elsewhere). Furthermore, one needs to make sure that this pose is maintained for a substantial amount of time, otherwise it is rendered pointless – between ten to twenty minutes will suffice. A great advantage to this liposuction alternative is that it can be done whenever one wishes to do it – whilst watching television is a popular time for many.
The other alternative that can be trialled is to merely, drink lots and lots of water if you don’t already. An unknown fact for many is that the body retains huge amounts of water (up to seven pounds sometimes) if not enough liquid has been drunk as the body tries to preserve what it has left – often leaving the ‘bloated’ feeling that many of us have. If this excess water is let go, it can make the stomach far flatter.
These methods may not come up with the drastic effects that surgical liposuction brings, but it can help to finally achieve that goal of getting rid of that excess fat.
