Attention to coincidences
Whoever complains that they are overweight, they will often also complain that nothing ever changes in their lives. Most of the times though, the reason for this paralysis is the incapability of seeing those signs that punctuate everyone’s existence, first of all the coincidences. Open your eyes and try to spot them: a casual encounter, an unusual situation that solves a problem, each coincidence brings a message. Alternate fantasy and concreteness
Do you often find yourself day-dreaming? Careful: to much imagination will bring you to an unreal world, which only exists in your mind, and will make you lose contact with your body.
