Belly Fat Lose

Most women either have trouble with excess fat deposits on their belly or thighs.  Men will develop fat around the middle more often than women. Fat around the middle can mean even more problems as research has shown.  Abdominal fat can be an indicator of heart disease.  Many who have discovered this information found it to be important enough to find new alternatives to losing belly fat.

To consume more calories than is burned off is the result of excess weight.  The types of foods consumed also impact the weight gained as well as where the weight is gained.  Genetics is the other factor that determines where excess fat is deposited.  The body has a difficult time digesting and producing insulin for excess sugars and carbohydrates eaten during the course of the day.  There are a number of ways to help the process along in conjunction with moderation.

° Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
° Eat a salad with midday and evening meals
° Eat 5 palm sized servings of fruits and veggies per day
° Limit salt and sugar intake
° Drink plenty of clear water
° Watch calorie intake

Exercises to lose belly fat can not be emphasized enough.  Basic yoga and activities that engage the trunk will wittle it down.  Walking and swimming qualifies as the ultimate calorie burner and overall muscle workout.  These activities get things moving in the digestive system.

When the lack of exercise is combined with too much salt and sugars it causes bloat and excess water retention.  Water flushes the body of toxins and waste.  It is not necessary to drink a gallon of water per day to hydrate the body properly.  The fiber in salads and good carbohydrates will fuel the body with nutrients and bulk needed to push
waste through the colon.  The result of this simple body conscious plan results in belly fat lose.
