If you can’t afford a massage therapist, or to pay for one at a center, then there are other ways you can get the benefits. You can do self-massage, although it is not as effective, you get similar results. You can also invest in a foam roller, this is a little less relaxing, but is great for the muscles and after you will feel like new.
