Pimples seem to pop up when it’s the most inconvenient time
in the world. They can pop up the day before you get your
senior class pictures taken or they can pop up on your first
date with someone new. I know for me they pop up before a big test at school or anytime I may be overly anxious about something.
Often times this is due to the fact that you are stressed
out and anxious. Relaxing can do wonders in these
situations.
Drinking a glass of water, relaxing and even meditation can
help you rid yourself of pimples. They are normally
associated with stress.
Don’t try to get rid of the pimple overnight. You may want to get rid of the pimple fast but you may end
up doing more damage than just letting nature run its
course.
Exercise and a healthy diet are good ways to prevent
pimples in the first place. Drinking lots of water can also
help flush out impurities in your system. Use some type of
astringent or rubbing alcohol to keep the area clean and
keep your hands off of your face. Also, make sure that if
you wear make-up that you never go to bed with it on no
matter how tired you are. This can clog up pores and make
pimples pop up very quickly. A clean face is a happy face.
This will cause the pimple to become a little smaller and
will also allow you to relax while you’re sitting there with
the ice cube on your face. After that apply a little
rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball to keep the area clean.
Applying these two techniques will certainly help you get
