Nutrition & Exercise: Living a long and healthy life with HIV



One of the often overlooked ways to stay healthy while living with HIV is to return to the basics: Eat a healthy and balanced diet – one that includes fruits, vegetables complex carbohydrates, and lean proteins – and to increase your level of physical activity. It’s also a good idea to reduce your alcohol intake, if not eliminate entirely from your nutrition plan.
