Level: Intermediate to Advanced (adjust your weight to make it more or less intense)
Equipment: Two sets of dumbbells – one lighter and one heavier set of dumbbells (3-25 lbs, depending on level) (I’m using 10 lbs and 15 lbs); a high step (optional, this workout can also be done without a step) and a small playground ball or bunched up towel.
Intensity: Moderate to High
Target the muscles in your legs, thighs, inner thighs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, back and abs with exercises like:
Warm Up: Bodyweight only rehearsal of the exercises
Inner Thigh Ball Bridge Squeeze
Elevated Split Squat
Side Squat and Rear Lunge Step Ups
Single Leg Deadlifts
Figure 4 Hip Stretch
Standing Spine Extension
