30 Minute High Intensity Indoor Cycling Workout – Fat Blast Fast

It’s been proven that these sort of sessions can be more effective at burning calories than a longer session at lower intensities – this is great for those of us who don’t have tons of time to exercise. Try this session early in the morning to kick-start your day – you’ll feel the fat burning benefits for a whole 24 hours after the session.

Former professional cyclist Simon Richardson will guide you through this tough but rewarding workout.

As with any strenuous exercise, you should consult a doctor/physician before beginning a programme of exercise. Discontinue your exercise session immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or discomfort.
